The pro-war front group Move America Forward [3] has announced [4] that it will caravan across the United States September 3 - 17 on a trip to DC to lobby for the war in Iraq. Move America Forward (MAF) was formed in 2004 by Howard Kaloogian [5] and Melanie Morgan [6], a talk show host at KSFO 560 AM in San Francisco. MAF is organized through the public relations firm Russo Marsh & Rogers [7], which has strong ties to the Republican Party [8]. Melanie Morgan, MAF chairman and a columnist for WorldNetDaily [9], gained notoriety in the summer of 2006 when she suggested that Bill Keller, an editor with the New York Times [10], be executed in a gas chamber for treason for the Times' reports on US government spying on American citizens.
