As PRWatch has noted [3], lobbyists of various backgrounds are finding jobs in the new Barack Obama [4] Administration. Some recently hired include Eric Holder [5], one of whose clients was Global Crossing [6], Tom Vilsack [7] who represented the National Education Association [8], William Lynn who was a top exec for military contractor Raytheon [9], William Corr who lobbied for The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids [10], Mark Patterson, recently a lobbyist for Goldman Sachs [11], Ron Klain who represented the Coalition for Asbestos Resolution [12], Melody Barnes, a lobbyist for the American Civil Liberties Union [13] and the American Constitution Society [14], Cecilia Munoz [15] who lobbied for the National Council of La Raza [16] and Patrick Gaspard, a lobbyist for the Service Employees International Union [17].
