Take Back the Land-Madison members are renting a property that is being foreclosed on by M&I Bank. The court date when it is likely to go into M&I's full ownership is April 26th, 2011. We are demanding the property be turned over to the community to prevent the eventual eviction of the tenants.

M&I BANK:
*One of the top contributors to Scott Walker's Gov. Campaign
*$1.7 Billion in Federal Bailout funds
*Outrageous executive bonuses
*History of high foreclosure rates and toxic loan rates

THE PEOPLE:
*Hundreds have protested outside of M&I Bank multiple times
*Hundreds of thousands of dollars have been divested as organizations, businesses and individual have withdrawn their accounts.
*Hundreds needed to protest to stop the eviction of renters from an M&I foreclosed property.
