States rescinding applications for convention
Currently there are blue states scurrying to prevent a convention because of the extreme austerity that would follow. Does your current tally of 28 states with balance budget calls include Delaware, which rescinded their call last year, and Maryland, which will pass a resolution this week to recall all four of the state's calls dating back to 1933? I think the count should factor those running like hell from a convention. There's also the legal question whether you can recall an application to Congress for a convention, kinda' like a bad tweet you wish hadn't sent.
