Scott Walker is executing a hostile takeover of the Wisconsin government and legal system. Walker is now free to commit crimes with no chance of being punished or stopped. That is retroactive, BTW. Governors from other states are following suit. Strong states' rights rule! No big government for these states. Coming to a state government in your neighborhood soon.
