Thank you for this important article. Indeed, charter schools are fraud factories, a mechanism to get money. Another weapon of mass deception being used against our public schools, along with testing, common core, teach for America teachers.... I co-wrote this book and website (where most of the book is located for free). I want this corporate ed-reform to end!
