Walker the Apostle
Walker is clearly an Apostle, a minion, for cerebral Prophets like the Koch brothers. And while I'm sure that Walker himself is not smart enough to have an original thought on the "Wisconsin Idea", I would not be surprised if his staffers come from such prestigious Post Grad institutions as say Liberty University School of Law (many who were out of a job at the US Attorney's Office after George W. left the White House) ...
