The justice system in the USA is based on the premise that you are innocent unless shown to be otherwise. This law turns this around and assumes you are guilty unless you can prove you are not to the authorities. There is virtually no voter fraud committed. This law tries to correct a non-existent wrong. Unless you can show that crimes are being committed all over the place,let the people vote; it is our right. Cheers all.
