To destroy the US postal service of course. By starting at the bottom, and convincing the most rural areas who benefit most from USPS that they should pay profitizers to deliver their remote mail; its a strategy for sure. Who would benefit more than UPS? OK, FedEx and DHL stand to gain as well, but UPS in spades. Plus they have the largest union force in the country, so being able to neuter unions has to be priority 1 or at least 2.
