1. It is very easy for a company to keep its employees if it doesn't treat them well. Look at Walmart! When there are nothing left but minimum wage(if we still have a minimum wage) jobs people will have no choice. 2. Yes, I agree, you should do the job you were hired to do. 3. If you mean we will have less unemployed, you may be right. There will be no weekends off, no sick days, no once a year vacation, no pension, no social security. All will work for 2 or 3 dollars an hour and not be able to live. 4. Obviously you were never in a union. Unions protect the rights of all workers.
