Is this appropriate conduct for a Judge?
Last time I heard, it's not ok for people to grab another by the throat in the work place. An objective investigation is taking place. If he engaged in the reported behavior, he should at least be removed from his office, as anyone else would be removed from their job. You can put down this sourse, but remember its not the only one complaining. I noticed he even got physical with a reporter from FOX news! This guy is out of control and doesn't belong on the bench.
