To borrow a phrase from the Packers' Radio Network, the "dagger" for Scott Walker's career could come in the form of a document linking this budget repair bill provision to a promise of campaign contributions. What is the no-bid, no watchdog provision doing in there otherwise? Where is Wikileaks when you need them?
