A Euro for Your Thoughts
A new survey undertaken by the Corporate Europe Observatory (CEO) finds that most think tanks in the European Union fail to disclose their funding sources, which is also kept secret by the large corporations that provide much of their financial support. A particularly problematic example is that of ExxonMobil, which "continues to fuel the work of climate skeptic think tanks and lobby groups in North America and Europe," while keeping much of its funding for these groups secret.
