The Center for Media and Democracy's IT Director Patricia Barden received her bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Richmond. Before starting with the Center in June 2005, she worked as the web developer for the State Environmental Resource Center for three years.

Prior to moving to Madison, she lived and worked in Richmond, Virginia, where her son, Jordan, and daughter, Laura, currently reside.

Patricia is both an environmental and gay/lesbian rights activist. Her interests include bicycling, playing guitar, bird watching, and taking walks with her Jack Russell terrier, Dixie Doodle.

Make webmaster accessible

I want a way to email you personally since I have friends and relatives in your town to discuss.

I would be pleased if EVERY page had a link to comment to you about that page. (A mailto: can include a Subject which could identify the page the email is triggered from so the commenter need not be a super careful clerk as well.) You should be easier to find than this.

There is a problem in general (for me using Mac OS 10.3 and Firefox) with comments like this and to blogs like Bob Burton's. When I enter a comment, I can't see it all because the typing runs off the right edge of the box for nine or ten letters. I can live with it but it is annoying and seems sloppy.
